The Atelier Mobile Numérique 4.0 (ATMN™) is a complete industrial capacity within the footprint of an ISO container, available in formats of 10, 14, 20 or 40 feet, depending on the need and the theatre. The ATMN™ deploys where the need is: industrial site, rear base, forward base or embarked platform. It is built on the principles of the ISO/ASTM 52920 standard, the reference for industrial additive-manufacturing sites: this compliance, together with DMEOS® supervision and control of the production environment, is what makes it a true 4.0 factory.
The operating principle fits in one sentence: you load a file, the factory produces. Tomorrow, another need - same tool, new file. The operator remains the owner of its capacity, its designs and its production data.
Depending on the need, the workshop integrates FDM, SLA, SLS and LPBF technologies - 3D printing of polymers, resins, silicone and metal powders - in line with manufacturer specifications and current industrial standards (CE, ISO/ASTM 52920, ISO/ASTM 52931, CSC maritime containers). Set up in under an hour by a single person; transportable by land, air and sea.
