Hosting is provided on infrastructure located within the European Union.

4. Access to the site

The Site is freely accessible to any user with Internet access. All costs relating to Site access - hardware, software and Internet connection - are borne solely by the user.

Farm-3D uses reasonable means to provide quality access to the Site, without being bound by any obligation to achieve a result. Farm-3D cannot be held liable for any network or server malfunction or any other event beyond its reasonable control that would prevent or degrade access to the Site.

Farm-3D reserves the right to interrupt, suspend or modify access to all or part of the Site without notice, in particular for maintenance and update operations.

5. Intellectual property

The DMEOS® and ATMN™ (Atelier Mobile Numérique 4.0) trademarks are registered trademarks of Farm-3D. The Atelier Mobile Numérique 4.0 is subject to a pending patent application. Any use, reproduction or representation of these trademarks by any means whatsoever, without Farm-3D's express authorisation, is prohibited and constitutes infringement sanctioned under the French Intellectual Property Code.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of all or part of the Site's elements, by any means or process, is prohibited without Farm-3D's prior written consent.

Third-party logos, trademarks and names (institutional and industrial partners) remain the property of their respective holders and are reproduced on the Site only with their agreement.
